Privacy Policy

One Page Loft is a trading name of KoveAI, based in Raleigh, North Carolina. This policy explains what we collect when you use this site or enquire about a page, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
What we collect
We only collect what we need to reply to you and build your page.
- What you tell us. Your name, email address, phone number, business name and whatever you write in an enquiry form or in the chat on this site.
- Payment details. Handled entirely by Stripe. Card numbers never reach our servers and we never see them.
- Basic usage data. Pages viewed and how you arrived, through Meta Pixel. This is used to measure advertising and is not tied to your name by us.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and send the free preview you asked for.
- To build, deliver and support the page you buy.
- To take payment and keep the records the law requires.
- To measure which advertising works, so we do not waste money on advertising that does not.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade or share it with data brokers. We do not send you marketing on behalf of anybody else. If you enquire and decide not to buy, you will receive a short follow-up sequence and then we stop.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the business, and only the minimum each one needs:
- Stripe — payments.
- Vercel — website hosting.
- Resend — sending email.
- Meta — advertising measurement, where you have consented through the platform.
- Google — where you ask us to set up your Business Profile.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
The Loft Concierge assistant
If you use the chat on this site, your messages are processed to answer you and may be reviewed by us to improve the answers. Do not send confidential or privileged information through the chat. On a client's own page, the assistant answers using only what that client has approved and logs enquiries for that client.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become clients: 24 months, then deleted. Client records and invoices: seven years, because tax law requires it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner and we will, except where we are legally required to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop emailing you. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe and we honour it immediately. To make any of these requests, email hello@onepageloft.com and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are in a state with a comprehensive privacy law, you have these rights by statute and we will not charge you or treat you differently for using them.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses Meta Pixel to measure advertising. You can opt out through your browser settings or your Meta ad preferences. The site works fine without it.
Children
This is a business service. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be emailed to active clients.
