Free post-storm inspections and detailed photo reports. We work directly with your adjuster, document everything, and don't get paid until your claim closes.

On site within 48 hours. Photos taken. Written estimate in your inbox within 24 hours of the visit.
Schedule and materials
You approve the number. We order materials and lock in your date, usually same week or next.
Work day
On site at the agreed time. Site protected. Photos sent at start, midpoint and end.
Walk-through and warranty
Final inspection together. Cleanup verified. Warranty paperwork delivered with the final invoice.

What homeowners ask first.
How fast can you come out?
Most non-emergency estimates within 48 hours. Active leaks and storm damage are prioritised; we're usually there same day or next morning. Use the form below or call directly.
Do you charge for estimates?
No. Every estimate is free, on site and written. The formal quote arrives by email within 24 hours of the inspection so you have it for your records and your insurance adjuster.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. NC General Contractor License #82147, fully insured for general liability and workers' compensation. Certificates on request; the license is verifiable through the NC Licensing Board for General Contractors.
Do you work with insurance claims?
Frequently. We document damage with photos, write the scope report your adjuster expects, and meet adjusters on site when needed. We don't get paid until your claim closes.
Is it your crew or subcontractors?
Our crew. The person you meet at the estimate is the person running the work day, and the crew has been together for years.
